2. Services

FP Construction LLC provides construction, remodeling, repair, and maintenance services in Northern Bexar County, Comal County, Kendall County, and Blanco County. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates and subject to change based on the scope of work. Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Any promotions or discounts are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of offer.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees.

5. Warranty and Liability

FP Construction LLC is insured. Every job includes a warranty. Coverage and length depend on the work and are stated in the written estimate for each project.

We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damage to property that occurs due to factors outside our control.

6. Property Access

The client is responsible for providing access to the property and work areas. Any delays due to access issues may affect project timelines and costs.

7. Changes to Terms

FP Construction LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
